Who am I
I'm Cheryl
Wife, mum to two incredible boys, and an award-winning neuroinclusion in the early years consultant, trainer, author, and speaker. I’m based in the South East of England, but I work nationally and internationally with early years settings and
organisations.
With over 30 years of experience in early years and lived experience as a parent of neurodivergent children, this work is deeply personal. My passion is rooted in the joy, challenges, and hard-won insights from both my professional and family life.
I know what it feels like to be isolated, overwhelmed, and heartbroken by a system that too often excludes. And I’ve met countless dedicated early years staff who want to do better. To feel confident, capable, and empowered in their neuroinclusive practice. That’s why I do what I do, to make sure every child is truly seen, supported, and celebrated and to equip practitioners with the tools, mindset, and confidence to do just that.
My mission is to champion the wellbeing and meaningful inclusion of all children, regardless of neurotype. I do this through bespoke consultancy that builds trust and connection over time. Together, we build on your existing good practice to create transformational change, supporting you to become the most neuroinclusive, confident provision you can be.
I also deliver tailored training (in person or via webinar), and I’m a passionate keynote speaker, published author, and regular contributor to podcasts and seminars.
